ILAN operates sports activities ranging from the level of sports as a community leisure activity, through competitive sports activities, and up to the Paralympic professional level. All of our activities are open for participants with physical disabilities of all religions and groups of society.
Sports offer a vital platform for social interaction, forging connections with others who share similar experiences and breaking down barriers of isolation. Through sports, individuals with disabilities find inclusion and empowerment, challenging stereotypes and becoming ambassadors of disability rights. Moreover, sports teach valuable life skills like teamwork, discipline, and goal setting, while also serving as an outlet for stress reduction and improved mental well-being.
Ultimately, sports enrich the quality of life for people with physical disabilities, promoting a more inclusive and understanding society.
